Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to pre-order or pay for my photos now?
No! You don’t need to pay for photos until you’ve viewed them. We’ll let you know when your photos are online and available for viewing.

How do I get to see my child’s photos?
You should have received a flyer from your school or sports club with an order code on it. If you have your unique code, you can register online now and we’ll let you know when photos are available to view and order. Usually 7 days after photo day.

What if I’ve lost my flyer with the order code on it or didn’t receive one?
Contact us and we’ll be able to help you. Remember there’s no need to order until the photos have been taken and they’re available for viewing.

Do I need a code for each of my children that had photos taken with you?
Yes, each of your children will have a unique code that you will need to enter, but you will be able to place an order for all of them in the one transaction.

Do you take photos of sibling members or children from the same family?
Yes, we take sibling photos but you will need to pre-register with your unique code so we have a record of your sibling photo preference.

What are your payment methods?
We accept MasterCard, VISA and PayPal. We don't accept cash orders but you can pay via direct deposit if need be. Please contact us for further information.

What happens if my child is absent?
Depending on the school, we may have organised a re-shoot day for absentees. If not, we have assigned days in school holiday periods to take photos at our studio in West Gosford. Please contact us for more information.

Where is my order?
Postal orders are dispatched within 10 days of receiving them. If you have not received your order in the mail within 2 weeks from the date you placed your order, please contact us. If you have opted for your order to be returned to your school or club please make them your first point of contact.

I ordered the wrong photos, what should I do?
Our ordering system shows you exactly what you’re getting as you place your order. Please make sure you are entirely happy with this as it cannot be changed once you’ve paid for your photos. We do not offer refunds or exchange for other photo packs or formats if you change your mind.

Something is wrong with my order, what should I do?
If you find your order is not exactly as you ordered it, please contact us so we can look into it and please have your order number handy.
